Grow light/ikea cabinet

#CockleshellOrchid this guy lost her flowers really quickly in the cabinet. Under a grow light for eight hours a day. In Portland, western facing window, very little direct sunlight. I was hoping the light would help. But the flowers, drive so fast, and I've tried this particular type of orchid at least five times. And with the season change, the leaves are starting to yellow and drop and fall. More water?
@Uwharrie1306 Hello, Jay, orchids are usually heavy feeders, require enough water and light. It may have been under-watered depending on the lumen output of your lights. The roots will look stringy and white when underwatered. The more light a plant gets, it needs a bit more water to balance out the use of nutrients. It also may have been a lack of nutrients if it wasnโ€™t fertilized.

Another issue could be from overwatering. Have you checked the roots to see what their condition is? That is where I would start. ๐ŸŒฟ
I think underwatering is the issue - I did a long hour soak from the bottom. Hopefully that'll do the trick. Thank you!!
