Compost "juice" as fertiliser

If my plants are due for a water and also due for fertiliser, can I use my benchtop compost bin liquid (I have it diluted and frozen in ice cube trays) in place of water or should I do both?
Our waste is mostly uneaten scraps from the kids plates along with vegetable peels and banana peels.

I have the liquid diluted 100:1

It's summer in Australia so a lot of my plants are actively put out new growth.
@QueenSiricote I would definitely use! πŸ˜€ sounds like good stuff! I’ve often made homemade fertiliser by boiling eggshells and banana skins then letting them cook down. (Good calcium and potassium) At 100/1 it’s probably weak enough to use most waterings. (I use aquarium water frequently and my plants love it) if you’re a bit unsure, choose a cheaper plant (like a spider plant) and test it out for a few weeks 🫢
Sorry forgot to let you know. I recommend Foliage focus, it was recommended by Sydney Plant Guy (YouTube/instagram) and it’s AMAZING! I have seen a huge improvement in my plant growth Recently since using it. If you can get your hands on some your plants will be very happy πŸ˜ƒ
