Compost "juice" as fertiliser
If my plants are due for a water and also due for fertiliser, can I use my benchtop compost bin liquid (I have it diluted and frozen in ice cube trays) in place of water or should I do both?
@QueenSiricote I would definitely use! π sounds like good stuff! Iβve often made homemade fertiliser by boiling eggshells and banana skins then letting them cook down. (Good calcium and potassium) At 100/1 itβs probably weak enough to use most waterings. (I use aquarium water frequently and my plants love it) if youβre a bit unsure, choose a cheaper plant (like a spider plant) and test it out for a few weeks π«Ά
