@Girafael1355 thats a normal part of this kind and many other kinds of cactuses’ spines. I do know what you mean it looks weird, lol, but it is very normal. Thats where the blooms come from
Can you be a bit more specific about any symptoms you're noticing besides it just looks weird? Lol 😜 I mean, based on just the photo I'd say it looks fine, but that's just one photo. You know better than anyone since it's your plant, so any other info you could provide would help with diagnosing the problem.
Are you aware a moon cactus is actually two separate plants that have been grafted together? Not sure if the weirdness you're referring to has anything to do with that, but the plant on top will eventually wither and die. After that you can continue growing the bottom cactus on its own.
