Bugs!

My Roman Chamomile has bugs. Like. A lot. I found a tiny spider, a bunch of mealybugs (assuming), and a slug. I trimmed all the infected parts, dusted the soil with diatomaceous earth, and currently have the plant in quarantine far from my other plants. Is there anything else I should do? I just got this plant a few days ago and I’m already desperately trying to revive it after finding it severely rootbound. #PestControl #plantparent #PlantWitch

@Jesuislenuit have you tried Neem oil?
@KikisOasis I have not yet, can I buy it at a plant shop or do I need to look elsewhere?
@Jesuislenuit I ordered mine off of Amazon. Maybe a COOP might have it.
@Haidyn1230 what ratio of peroxide to water do you use?
Light infestation: neem oil is your best friend and of course not cost effective

Heavy infestation: systemic pesticide is very effective and cost friendly but use with caution

Sap sucking like mealy and aphids use β€œIMIDACLOPRID” they just die when they try to suck your plant and no need to repot.
@Jesuislenuit hydrogen peroxide must be a 3% solution then follow as pernpackaging instruction
You can also try sprinkling cinnamon. A lot of bugs hitchhike on ants. Ants hate cinnamon and rarely cross the line. Cinnamon is also a great natural rooting hormone.
