@Ginothebulldog So, here's a thing that will throw you: If you overwater your ivy, the leaves will turn brown and dry on the edges. This symptom seems like the plant needs more water. The reason the leaves turn brown is that the plant roots are too wet and are basically drowning.
Kristy is right. I'm an ivy-killer. If you overwater, the roots can immediately rot and shut down causing the plant to look like it needs water ... you see where this is going.

There's a fine line between pleasing ivy and drowning ivy and once that line is crossed- there's no going back ... except to the nursery to try not to kill another ivy. ðŸĪĶ‍♀ïļ
@sarahsalith it wont revive itself if you let it dry out?
@Beachybotanical it MIGHT, but it might not. If the roots are already damaged from overwatering, it will have an extremely hard time recovering if it can do it at all. ïŋž

My experience has taught me this the hard way.
@sarahsalith bummer to hear ill keep the hope alive â€Ķ i just got back from a work trip and think i overwatered her before i left bc she was sitting in water when i got home and half of her was super crispy - wah!
