Succulents need soil that will drain easily and won't hold moisture for super long, as moist soil for too long can cause root rot.

Give the plant plenty of bright, indirect light. If it's not happy with that much light you change it around it gets the right amount.

Most succulents you can simply take leaves from to propogate by letting the ends callous and then sitting in water to grow roots and buds. (Not all leaves with propogate properly)

You can leave the blooms to run their course. Once the blooms are done you can leave them be until they fall off. It's something most, if not all succulents will do if they are happy with their care.

Also make sure pot is snug and not too big. Succulents like being snug. Only go a little bigger with the pot if the roots are too much for the pot to handle.
I just want to make sure I'm doing it correctly. And do I need to repot this it has soil that holds moisture?
So sorry I didn't see earlier ;-; but it's fine to have soil that holds water as long as it still dries out on its own within 2 weeks
