Rude Amazon Guy
The stupid Amazon delivery guy knocked over my Gryphon and caused 4+ leaves to fall off. Is there a way to propagate the leaves or save the ones that haven’t come off fully?

@Lumii011 Yes! Both from leaf and from stem cutting! Cut the stem between a node and place in water, perlite, sphagnum moss, or soil. Tbh soil is my last resort as the stem likes to rot and you have to keep the soil pretty moist. The best route to go is water prop. Add a little plant food and 3% hydrogen peroxide to the water to give nutrients and oxygen to the plant and it’s roots once they begin to emerge. Once the roots are about an inch then transplant to soil. A lot of people say 2 inches or atleast when the initial root has a second root but in my experience by then they are water roots and it’ll be hard to transplant. With the leaf cut along the main veins on the leaf and pin it down with hair pins or something so that the cut part of the leaf touches the moss ( my choice when leaf propping) and keep the soil slightly moist and also make sure to mist your leaves so they don’t dry out before they send out roots or new leaves… I’m sorry to hear that this happened to your plant and I totally get the frustration.
