Trouble with this one

Question

#Philodendron Hi everyone! I’m having a hard time finding out what kind of philodendron this is. I threw away the original pot with the name on it 🙄. When I google it, it always shows me Heartleaf philodendron. I have a heartleaf one and it’s totally not the same. Can you guys help me?? Thanks !! (The plant is not doing great either )

@SlinkyTomato @Bplants is this what rugosom looks like? Does it have silver patches? Where I live probably has some of the hardest water on earth.  But I had never heard of this.  I am curious.  Thx @Bplants
