1. It has no drainage
2. It could be overwatered, how often do you water it?

When I brought home my big schefflera, it dropped half its leaves. It was not digging the light I was giving it.

I put it outside under the shade of a tree, and it grew like crazy! That plant needs lots of indirect light. ๏ฟผ๏ฟผ

This is my tree now. It's been outside for since about late May and it looks 100% better!!

Check the roots to see if they are bound! Also, maybe give it a little fertilizer to give it a boost?
