Sap on underside of the leaves - not a good sign!

I am trying my best not to be an overwaterer so I ignore this plant as to not drown her.
However on my latest visit to her I noticed she has dots of sap on the underside of her leaves and her purple is fading.
I cant see any pests (unless they are actively in the leaf tissue!?) And I can't see any webbing.
.... she does have some spots on top of her leaves which from a far may look like pests but when I look closely they damage to the leaf which I thought may be from where I've sprayed insecticidal soap and been a very bad plant parent and not wiped it properly!
I have very recently adding some plant food for the first time to her water. And we don't get much humidity.
Do I need to isolate her? Any recommendation/advice would be welcome, thank you in advance!

@Sanchoplant thanks very much (can I check is there a reason you have one of my photos on your profile?)
Yeah because I like and I hope you donโ€™t mind
@Sanchoplant I'm glad you like it. I'd have preferred if you'd asked before using it.
Your profile says "all photos taken by myself" so that is a fib.

If you're using other people's photos you really should ask permission, even if they are just of plants.

But thank you for your encouraging comment x
Okay thank you, my apologies. Please where are you from?
Do you have a microscope to check for pests? These commonly get spider mites and it looks like yours may be starting with them. I would isolate and treat for them.
@Sanchoplant Youโ€™d better be careful ! Lots of us use water marks on our photos because youโ€™re stealing . @Sanchoplant Since heโ€™s taken one of yours and probably others report this person. . Also thanks for bringing the issue to light.
Deb! I have change everything
@HelloGreenLeaf Hi Claire! Your second photo looks like thrips damage to me.
@HelloGreenLeaf have you noticed any black specks on any leaves? That's the thrips poop. If you don't see any, the scarring in the second photo might not be pests at all.
@HelloGreenLeaf I'm curious about this whole photo situation with the other user. While Greg doesn't specifically mention anything about this in their user guidelines, I must say it's very odd to make a point of claiming ownership of photos that aren't your photos! If that's the case, why say anything at all? I get having some "inspiration" plant pics. And since Greg lacks a messaging feature, there's no way to ask permission to use someone else's photos. But that should signal to anyone who's thinking of using someone's else's pics that's it's probably best not to do this in the first place ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ
