Let the growth go, for sure! She’s stretching for the sunlight. You can expect the leaves further from the window to die and she’ll recycle the nutrients for new leaves closer to the light.
Plants are like solar panels that adjust their position to absorb more sunlight. It’s pretty cool :)
If you can put her closer/more directly in the window she’ll grow even more.
