I just got this plant last week in the mail. It came with...
12ft to light, indirect
6β pot with drainage
Last watered 1 month ago
If it came with damaged leaves to this extend, I'd contact the growers and arrange for new one to be sent out. In the meantime, its probably a watering or humidity issue. Brown crispy parts on the leaves denotes underwatering usually. For my philos I use a hygrometer to measure when the top 1 or 2" of the soil is dry. They like consistently moist air like 70-80%, so I'd put it next to a humidifer or on a pebble tray. Hope this helps!
@jkdykes thank you
@AgreeableMayten I would remove the brown or yellowing leaves as they are taking energy from the rest of the the plant. It will take time to settle into its new environment and bounce back. Mine arrived the same way, not in the best shape and it took a few months to get acclimated. I just repotted mine over the weekend and fertilized. Sheβs looking much better now.
