Should I be concerned?

It’s growing pretty quickly, but the leaves have started turning this weird ashy white? I that a bug thing, or is it the heat?

I will mention that I’m in AZ, so the sun can be a little overwhelming here.

@Kitschy Hi Yuna! That looks like a critter of some kind to me! I would spray neem oil all over the plant soak it, and then do it again the following week! It never lets me down where pests are concerned!
