My flower dust plant has had at least half of it's leaves...
2β pot with drainage
Last watered 3 years ago
I would agree with Brittney. Although succulents are notorious for not needing much water, factors such as soil type and pot size can affect how often you need to water them. You want to make sure you water once the soil is dry and try not to leave the soil dry for too long. Also, it looks like the plant is getting a bit leggy. This typically happens when the plant is searching for light and could be an indicator that it needs more light. Good luck! :)
@WunderkindKoa π there Uma! Like said about has it really been 3 months since watered? And yea when they get leggy they are searching for light. I would move be it to get betting lighting.
It does well in full to partial sun. Plant in an area of your garden that gets 6 hours of sunlight a day. If planting indoors, place in a room that gets a lot of sunlight, such as near a southern-facing window.
Kalanchoe pumila βFlower Dust Plantβ has typical watering needs for a succulent. Itβs best to use the βsoak and dryβ method, and allow the soil to dry out completely between waterings.

Hi @WunderkindKoa . Welcome to Greg.
I would start by giving it a shower to help itβs leaves do their job and please correct me if I am wrong but is that a live snail in the pot with it? If so, you may wahh no t to remove it because it will decimate your plant for whatever water it was trying to hold onto. This plant needs bright light to thrive. It also needs the right soil which isnβt as chunky as the one you have it in right now. I would start with that and move on to giving it a slow migration towards bright light to help it use up the nutrients. Greg helps remind you and guide you towards its care so please watch for notifications. If you go to your plant card, you will also see suggestions regarding soil, nutrients, and light.
Good luck and happy growing! πΏ
