It suddenly got like this a few days ago, unsure why.

Hi. Real quick, this is a cousin of Lithops called Pleiospilos nelii. Those brown leaves are okay, as the top leaves are eating the bottom for moisture/nutrients. Those brown ones should end up crispy, while the top leaf might pop out a flower this year. It will continue to do this pattern of splitting throughout its life.
