New snake plant owner. What is happening here?

My snake plant has been sprouting little plants next to it. Is that normal? Do I need to replant them on their own? New to this. Thanks in advance!
BABIES!!!
That is a sign of a healthy plant! Snake plants like to be tight in their pots. You do not have to repot them unless you want to. I would wait until they get about 1/3 of the size of the mother plant before you repot them.

If you choose to repot them, you will need to take a sharp, clean knife and slice down into the soil. They are attached to the mother plant.

Personally, I love the way a full pot of plants looks! I'm glad you found Greg, Alexandra! 💚
Your plant is having babies. Congratulations.
It's a good thing.
I'll advice you to keep the plant in the same pot for a while. Snake plant loves to be root bound. When these babies grow big and there's no place for new babies, you can repot it in bigger pot or divide the plant in multiple pots.
