Help needed for calathea orbifolia. See more below

Hi all, I have a calathea orbifolia. It has struggled to properly take off. I recently brought it to my office to live. I recently cut some brown leaves off it near the stems. This is what it currently looks like. A few green shoots coming through. Any suggestions on what this plant likes and dislikes?
@FunPetuniamix not sure what kind of light your office has but if it’s super fluorescent bright light it might be too much for the plant. They like bright filtered light the way they’d get being at the bottom of the rainforest. Try not to put it in direct light
@Faithsfriends would it be ok if I placed it next to my window so it gets filtered light?
