What is this fungus on the leaves of my new roses?

#KnockoutRedRose I just received 2 knockout roses and unfortunately it looks like they both have a disease!!! I repotted both and carefully inspected the roots for rot and didn’t find any! I rinsed the roots well and repotted in fresh soil! I don’t know what to do to fix them! HELP!!!
That definitely looks like a pathogen infection. You can treat it with any kind of pathogen infection spray or mix it into water. If you prefer not to use a form of a pesticide, then I’d recommend monosilicic acid to boost the plant’s immune system and strengthen the plant to encourage a natural grow out if it can. If you prefer to use both, even better! Silica can be used in every watering to increase the health of the plant. πŸ˜‰
