@Harleysmom97 Natalie, FigyoncΓ© isnβt dying sheβs just overwhelmed, like someone stuck in wet socks trying to get dressed in the dark. First off, that pot with no drainage is a big issue her roots are likely sitting in water, which leads to rot. She needs a pot with holes and fresh, fast-draining soil (look for an indoor mix with bark or perlite it should feel airy and crumbly, not muddy or dense). Second, sheβs too far from the light 6 feet from a north facing window is like trying to read in a candlelit closet. Move her right up to the brightest indirect light youβve got. The yellowing and curling leaves are her way of saying, I canβt breathe and I canβt see.Once you repot with proper soil and drainage, only water when the top inch is dry. No schedules just finger checks. Give her light, space, and breathable soil, and youβll see her bounce back strong and steady.
@GnarlyRhodora12 These poor babies are giving help me, I made bad choices energy but donβt worry, we can revive the drama queens. Step1 is those pots are way too big for their root size right now. Imagine being a toddler in adult sneakers too much room, not enough support. That oversized pot keeps the soil soggy for longer, which leads to root rot faster than you can say why is it yellowing? Youβll need to unpot them like youβre peeling off bad vibes. Gently shake off the old soil, trim any mushy or blackened roots (those are basically plant split ends), and cut off dead or half crispy leaves theyβre just sipping energy for no reason. Then repot in a snugger pot with fresh, well draining soil. Think light, chunky mix not heavy and clingy like an ex who wonβt take the hint. Toss in some perlite or orchid bark for bonus airflow. One plant at a time, one comeback at a time youβve got this Michelle keep us posted
