@RadBogbean64 I’d say wait until spring. They like to be a little crowded.
You do have a lot of plants there! Did you create that arrangement or did you buy it that way or did somebody give it to you? Either way, what a beautiful thing to have! I think your immediate concern is the lack of drainage in that pot. It looks like a plastic pot sitting inside a ceramic bowl. If the plastic pot has holes in the bottom, you could just put some pebbles in the ceramic bowl to lift it up a little and that will allow drainage to occur. I believe all of them have high light requirements so you’ll need to get them near a window or provide a grow light for them. Ultimately, they will need to be repotted preferably into terracotta pots or placed in the ground outside but I think it probably would be good to at least wait until the flowers fade as that might be too much of a shock on the flowering sedums. If you just got it, I would wait a little bit before you do anything other than making certain you have holes in that plastic pot. If any of them seem to be struggling, photograph them and post them and we can help you decide what to do.
