Ahem, anyways, your card says no drainage. That's very concerning. Check the roots for rot. Remove rotten roots and repot into fresh soil soil with a pot with drainage. Be sure to use something suitable for bromeliads. I think orchid bark or sphagnum moss works.
Alternatively, if your plant has bloomed before after they bloom they'll slowly degrade over time and die. But they'll produce pups to continue the life cycle
