I have new growth but the bigger leaves keep dying.
I'm following the instructions the app gives me and have it near a grow light that's on pretty much all day. I trimmed off the dying leaves so it wouldn't waste it's energy on them. #Dieffenbachia

Just keep an eye on the plant. If it keeps losing leaves I would do this.
