Is my cat palm done for? She’s in the corner of my south ...

#CatPalm
10ft to light, direct
13” pot with drainage
Last watered 10 months ago
I think the watering may be fine? Maybe the lighting is the issue? A grow light and what kind of soil?
@RadiantGinseng thanks for the help. It’s in a huge ceramic pot and I’m using potting soil (contains earthworms and bat guano)
@RadiantGinseng I’m going to grab an LED grow light and see if that helps. The leaves are pretty dry and crispy, makes me wonder if it’s too dry in my room too.
Light tweaks can definitely make a difference 🌿Tagging @Costafarmsteam here for additional help and tips! πŸ’š
Brighter natural light should help. Also, trim off any brown fronds. Have you checked the palm for spider mites? We can’t enlarge the photo enough, but if you see any webs forming between the leaves, or mini ant-like insects crawling on top of it, it could be spider mites. Spraying the palm with Neem oil should take care of them.
