I thought Phothos were supposed to be easy :) I have one and have been experiencing black and yellowing. I am letting the soil dry more before watering and then giving less water at a time. It is very dry where I live so I did add a humidifier. It seems to be helping.

As a safety net, take a few cutting and propagate them, in case reporting your Harmony. I am not sure what's going on, but sometimes just starting fresh helps.
