Orchid Leaves Damaged
I don’t recall anything traumatic happening, but I don’t know what to do. Cut it off?

It looks like scarring. Sometimes we don't see damage happen but see scars later on. This can happen in transit before we even bring them home.
The orange part is no longer giving the plant energy so you can cut that portion off, but the rest can remain unless it bothers you aesthetically.

Keep a close eye on the scars. If they get bigger there could be a pest involved as well.
