Help, my plant is dying

#ThaumatophyllumSpruceanum I got it about a month ago. It lost one leaf already. At the time it’s still was dry, so I changed the watering amount. But it’s like the other leaves are curling and drying tips. Any suggestions?
It sounds like your Thaumatophyllum spruceanum is going through a bit of a rough patch. Losing a leaf and seeing others curling up can be a bummer. First off, check on its watering routine. You want to keep it consistent but not drown it. Let the soil dry out a bit between waterings, maybe an inch or so down. Also, these plants dig high humidity, so consider setting up a humidifier nearby. Light matters tooβ€”make sure it’s getting enough, but not direct sunlight that could toast its leaves. Keep it away from cold drafts and crazy temperature swings, too. Oh, and check the soilβ€”it should drain well to avoid soggy roots. If you’re feeling fancy, toss in some diluted fertilizer during the growing season to keep it happy. Keep an eye on it, adjust your care game as needed, and hopefully, it’ll bounce back in no time! If things keep going south, though, it might be worth peeking at the roots to rule out any funky business going on down there.
Do you use a moisture meter to decide when to water? Curling but not turning brown makes me think it could be over-watered. I like to wait until my soil is dry all the way down and then give it a good soak in the sink. Being in too big of a pot can also contribute to water issues because the soil doesn’t dry out evenly. Your leaves are beautiful and look like they’ll recover ❀️🀞🏻
Hi, so when I got mine, I checked the roots, used a rooting solution added in with the soil and I water her every two weeks and she’s doing fine. This is the root powder I use.
