Moist, dying leaves

My Echeveria β€˜Mira’ has had a lot of leaves now that just suddenly become kinda moist then just shrivel up, brown, and fall off, like this one is doing in the picture. Is this from too little sun, too much sun, too little water, too much water?
1ft to light, direct
4” pot with drainage
Last watered 2 weeks ago
It looks pretty light green and the center seems to be raising a littleβ€” what kinda light is it getting? It looks like it needs a lot brighter/longer light.

I don’t know this specific plant well, but most or a lot of echeverias usually have some farina (natural waxing coating) on the leaves and yours looks to not have any whatsoever… so just in case, don’t wipe the leaves off since they need that coating.
@itsjordan it’s getting natural light, I have in right under a very large window, but unfortunately it’s a north facing window, so idk if that’s enough light. I’ve never wiped, or really even touched the leaves so idk what’s going on thereπŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈπŸ˜…
@Plant_Cuddler Yeah, that’s probably not enough light. Echeverias are real big light lovers and require pretty bright light for majority of the day. As for the leaves, it’s fine really, just thought it was peculiar to not see any wax at all! Some people mistake it for mold or dust and rub it off
Would an artificial grow light work, as there is no other place for it but my room?
