bittermelon seed germination
hey i’m trying to germinate these bittermelon seeds. i’ve soaked them and they’re sitting in their moist-paper-towel-sandwich on our patio in this god awful florida heat.
i’m wondering if anyone has had any experience with bittermelon seeds or growing the bittermelon plants. for example, should i plant when they’re a certain length sprouted or the moment i see germination. and what soil would be best or does that even matter? #BitterMelon #momordicacharantia #vegtables #Cucurbitaceae

@FicusOnTheGood Eleanor I would think you could plant in regular soil the moment it opens because that is all you are trying to do anyway is get it soft to sprout open.. best of Luck on your seed adventure! 🤗🙌🏻
