How often should I water it?

Hi Isaac! If you are new to Greg, please add your plants to the app, and don’t forget to fill out all the additional information. Greg is an AI, meaning it learns from the watering habits of everyone else who owns your plant species, and takes into account the information you entered, including window orientation, distance from sun, pot size etc. Lastly, be sure to enter your geographic location into your profile. Then Greg will tell you everything about your plant, its ideal conditions and a seasonal watering schedule, which changes over time as it grows! The power of Greg…
very little! cacti like to be kept dry. maybe like 2-3 days after the soil dries out completely if it’s growing season. i water very minimally during the colder months, basically just enough to make sure the roots don’t die, maybe like once a month to a month and a half.

(edit: apparently these guys need more water than regular cacti! so maybe once the soil dries out completely, rather than waiting a few days. remember to keep them warm during winter! a light water once a month might be a good place to start when it gets cold)
