Mealybugs?

Iโ€™m not very well-versed in houseplant pests yetโ€ฆ are these mealybugs? It looks like white dandruff on the leaves and inner parts of my plant. If so can I treat with soap? neem oil?

It looks like it, I would move the plant from the rest of them for sure. Iโ€™ve seen you can do a mix of water neem oil and soap and clean the leaves with that, Iโ€™ve also need that soaking it in the shower and spraying everything off can help.
Uggh. I feel ur pain. Ive been battling this on 2 of my plants. I use alcohol on cotton buds directly on these bugs. If theres a lot, use water to wash the whole plant. Then mix soap and part alcohol to spray the whole plant.
The small, green plump boys are aphids. The white parts are their exoskeletons. Similar treatment to other pests; shower down, isolate, clean off with a treatment solution.
@Sleepysunday what kind of alcohol are you using?
I will usually mix up a 70/30 mix of rubbing(most likely labeled isopropyl) alcohol and water, and put it on a q tip/ cotton ball and wipe hem off.
