Is this rose rust?

Hello! So one of my blackberry bushes has rust and is starting to recover, the other one got infected as well (I cut off the leaves) but I think it spread to my rose bush. Can anyone confirm what it is?

I am not seeing any sign of rust on those leaves.

It would present with yellow and orange and also look discolored on the undersides of the leaves.

I think she's okay, keep a close eye on her and if you start to see small yellow or orange spots starting, then treat her.

You are right to be concerned and stay on top of it the wind can blows the spores to other plants.

The bumps you are seeing on the leaves look like cell damage to me from absorbing too much water.

If she's outdoors and you've been getting more rain than usual she may have just absorbed too much then the cells burst like little water balloons. Because the spots are green. It will also cause some wilting and eventually if not corrected yellowing leaves.
@SuperbRaspfern Thank you! I have been watering it a ton because I was scared it was too hot for the roses here, but Iโ€™ll chill out on the watering :)
@PlantKiller08 Gottcha, that makes sense. I will let you know that a China Rose is quite drought tolerant. So don't worry if her soil drys out. We get extreme heat 110-115 degree summers and my roses don't mind at all occasionally they will get burnt on top from the extreme heat. But they will be fine โค๏ธ
