Have you checked the roots?
If you have not repotted it since you bought it from the store, bad medium condition is most likely the case, maybe paired with too much/too little watering and/or rotting roots.
Based on the blurry photo with both bottom leaves looking limp and yellow at the same time, I would hazard a guess that it is rotting from overwatering and it cannot properly uptake moisture from its roots. If it’s inside a tight plastic pot inside of that larger white pot, cut it out of the inner plastic pot to give its roots more room to breathe (if you can repot it into looser medium, great, but I’m erring on the assumption you probably don’t have more moss lying around the house…. but if you can repot, use a fork to break up the medium and chop any roots that are mushy, papery, or black, then repot loosely in sphagnum). If you give it a sniff and it smells bad or moldy, it is definitely way overwatered and needs to dry out asap (pulling it from its pot and sticking it in front of a fan can help it evaporate water faster, but you really want to be repotting it if it’s rotting).

Because your root system is likely not healthy, I would also recommend either moving it into your bathroom for a while or at least bringing it in there when you shower (preferably at night) and leaving it in there for a while afterward with trapped humidity… that will allow it to capture some water from the humid air via its leaves, and may help keep it healthy enough to recover / grow new roots.
