Try checking the crown of your orchid hun for rot since itβs an upper leaf only thing I can think off is crown rot in that area

If it isnβt rot then it might be a pest attacking your orchid inspect it and tell us what you see. Is the leaf soft or mushy do you see raised spots on the leaf weβre an insect might have sucked on the leaf?

If itβs not rot or pest maybe a new root is growing in that area with out a better picture am afraid I go back to crown rot in that area

My first thought is overwatering, but it's usually the lower leaves Thi at go first. I wonder if it's something fungal.
For sure I'd get some clean scissors and cut that leaf off.οΏΌ
