What’s happening with it?

I came back from a long week of not being home and came back home to this, what does this mean?

It’s either rot or dehydration. I reccomend a chunkier soil mix and plucking the dead leaves. Also echeverias naturally shed their lower leaves so it could just be its normal pattern of growth :)

@Slyvie I have it potted with another Echeveria, and the other one is doing fine…so idk
