I just found out I’ve been over watering my cactus and it...

You can use a fungicide spray (neem oil is a popular choice) or even do a solution of water/hand soap/baking soda for treatment.
If you have overwatered it, change the substrate immediately and don’t give it water, Also those rocks on top make the substrate take longer to dry.

Watering: Allow the soil to dry out between waterings. In the growing season (spring and summer), water thoroughly but infrequently. Reduce watering in the dormant season (fall and winter).

Humidity: These cacti are adapted to arid conditions and do not require high humidity levels. Normal household humidity is generally sufficient.

Container: Choose a pot with drainage holes to prevent water from pooling at the roots. It's best to use a slightly smaller pot to encourage a well-developed root system.
I changed the pot and made a new substrate that was dry so it will soak up the excess. Those rocks are new but I can change them out.
