My zipper plant does that also. I tried to separate them to replant and it turned into a white bloody mess trying to separate them. So I chickened out and just put them all in a big pot and called it good. It’s upsetting to see their life blood seeping out everywhere. I felt like a murderer. I need to learn more about how to deal with separation without a bleed out. I wish you luck and hope someone will tell us not to freak out to badly and help us figure out how to separate plants without causing such a white bloody mess. That was me being very careful and I could not pull it off without so much liquid spilling out everywhere. 🥰❤️🌱
It really did. I actually cried when I looked at them. I thought they would just shrivel up and die with the loss of so much liquid and they have some small scars but I think because I only truly separated only one of the babies and then stopped help save it. I have to figure out how to separate these because they keep spreading out. I love them though they are so cute you can check him out his name is Bodhi. I’ll put more pictures from the top tomorrow so you can get a kick out of him. ❤️🥰🌱
