Likely not enough light and too much water/not good drainage. They need to be in a very sunny window (like south), and be in a pot that has lots of drainage holes and preferably cactus/succulent soil and a terracotta pot. They also like to completely dry out between waterings.

Wrong soil type, it needs succulent soil or regular soil mixed with course sand because it’s in a glazed pot which will hold more moisture. Echeveria do not like it when soil stays moist. South or east facing windows do best in my experience with this one.
