Yellowing tulip leaves

Need help with these tulips I got for Mother’s Day. They were from the grocery store. I’m no plant expert, but I think the drainage is poor, roots are growing out the bottom, and I’ll need a new pot, but for now I want to ask what is wrong with my poor plant. I don’t want to kill it. What do I do? So far from what I’ve read online they need fertilizer… #Tulips #sickplants #GardenTulip

Hi! I would trim off the dead bloom stalks and remove that stuff on top of the soil. Then you can see what’s going on in the dirt. Yellow squishy leaves mean that it was watered too much.

She's definitely root bound and will need to be repotted in a "1 or "2 size up.
