plant dying, help
it's leaves kept falling off, repotted the plant and sprayed neem oil. plant stopped dropping leaves but leaves turning brown/looking down, not greeny anymore. any plant experts can help?

@MamaLinne it gets northeast indirect sunlight, indoor plant . humidity I'm not sure but I'm in tropical climate area. soil is a mix of universal soil and lava rocks. I try to water at least once a week
