Why is the succulent growing like this? Is it seeking sun...

@DotingWaiuatua yes that portion of the plant is growing faster and seeking the sunlight. I’d leave it and let it grow. Be sure not to overwater. You can brace it with a bamboo pole or orchid stick if you want it straight. It look nice n green and healthy. You will be ok šŸ‘ŒšŸ½ brace the longer leaf to prevent weight from breaking the limb. šŸ‘šŸ½
Yes, it's called etiolation and it happens when a plant isn't getting enough light. What direction does the window face? Succulents need lots of direct light, ideally a west or south facing window (west facing gets PM sun, which is stronger, and south facing gets direct sun for a longer portion of the day). A north or east facing window likely won't provide your echeveria with enough direct sun (east facing windows only get AM sun, which is gentler than PM sun, and north facing windows don't receive much if any direct sun). Echeveria need at least 4-6 hours of direct sun a day to thrive, so if you don't have a window where it can get the light it needs you might consider getting a grow light. For the stretched out/leggy growth at the top, I'd recommend cutting it off. Once the plant is somewhere with better light it will start growing normally again.
