Browning leaves
Two leaves on this plant are starting to brown (and it's moving down the stem). Been watering according to Greg and it's in "ok light"... Does this just look like it needs more light?

If it doesn't have great lighting it probably doesn't need as much water. Does the pot have a drainage hole? I would personally put it in a space to increase bright indirect light and cut back on watering. A moisture meter takes out alot of the guess work you can get them relatively cheap. Let your soil dry out before watering
