@UltraKoreanfir Hard water will leave a residue on plants that is very difficult to wipe off if it's left to dry. Depending on how hard the water is it can even feel gritty like you describe.

Hard water can actually cause all kinds of issues (from what I've read) with the plant after a while. If hard water may not be the issue then I would try a fungicide like Neem Oil. I would do the Neem Oil just to be safe it won't hurt the plant.
@UltraKoreanfir It may be dust but to be on the safe side try spraying it with oil olive or vegetable, water , and dishsoap if there are any pests it will get rid of them
Are you misting it or getting water on the leaves? It could also be dried water.
@PerfectPinkpoui I was misting before I learned better (I'm new at this). Not water spots, as it doesn't wipe off. It feels gritty. I didn't think it was pests, but I don't know much there either. Here is a closer pic that shows tops and bottoms of the leaves. It feels gritty.
Iโ€™m not sure but almost looks like some sort of mold, I noticed that the ones I had indoors didnโ€™t do well at all even with a grow light, but the ones outside are doing amazing.
