Perhaps someone else can confirm as I've never fought it. But it looks like rust which is a fungus. Poor air circulation and "top watering" are common reasons for this. Its spores can spread and infect other plants. Neem or copper fungicide among other things to treat it.
Ok good to know i have some copper fungicide so i will try to use it and i just started watering from the bottom
@MovingLungwort7 Great! The white is probably from fertilizer (ie salts) and can be flushed out with a heavy (heavy heavy heavy) water flush as needed.
I might put new dirt and do the pesticide because this is the same dirt from the store. I normally change it but this time i didn’t.
