What's wrong with my plant?

Question

I found her on the street last year and she did not look good back then but she keeps getting worse and her new leaf also starts to get brown. What can I do to save her? Does she need more/less sun? Right now she's next to the window where she also receives some direkt sun in the morning.

I would re-pot or propogate. Take her out, clean all her roots so there's no soil and check for rot. If she has healthy roots give her fresh soil in a snug pot. If she has rot, remove it all and propagate in water to grow new fresh roots... then just hope, cant save them all

@LadyCeline Hi Celine- They don’t like direct sunlight- it is probably burnt! Mine sits almost completely in shade all the time. I water it every 2 weeks and repot it every 2-3 years. I think the sun is your issue and I am not sure you can do anything to help it at this point. I would clip away the brown leaves move it away from that window, only water it when it is almost dry and see how it does. It is spring so if you haven’t fertilized it, maybe try that the next time you water but use it at half strength- good luck! I hope you can save it‼️🪴😃
