What kind of plant is it? Are you seeing it on any other plants close to this one? Is there any other markings on the plant?

Autograph plant. Was growing well and strong then just stopped once these markings appeared. I think its a big. Sprayed it today and fertilised.

I hope it's not thrips. I found a few on some of my plants and they're hard to get rid of.

I would quarantine this plant just in case!
