What are the white spots?
They are hard and do not easily scrape off. If I gently use side of a razor blade I can get them off. If it is a pest how do I get it off the areas I can't reach with razor blade?

Hello Katie, it looks like it could be a bacterial infection. I would recommend using vinegar on the spots to see if that eliminates them
