Is the picture you have of it current? Based on how it looks in the display picture, I would say it's underwatered. See how the top leaves are nice and plump but some of the bottom leaves look thinner? Ideally, all of the leaves should be nice and plump if watered correctly. When you're watering, make sure to really soak the plant but allow the excess to drain and then dry between watering

Thank you! The picture is not current, I can’t get it to load. The plant actually looks worse now, droopy. I’ll give it a good soaking. Thanks again :)
