That is powdery mildew. Veggies can be challenging indoors. They really need air circulation or else they are prone to fungal or bacterial infections. If you can add a fan to increase that circulation.
Since you will be eating from it, I recommend:
1. Remove infected leaves
2. Mist what is left with
1 tablespoon baking soda
With 1 gallon water plus 1 teaspoon Castile soap.
Repeat once a week hopefully one treatment will be enough. If necessary treat once a week as needed.
You definitely need to add a fan that will really help but do it after treatment. It not only will prevent these issues but will also strengthen the stems.
Your oasis says no drainage, move it to a pot with drainage as well.
