Your plantbaby appears to be overWATERed.

Bright, indirect LIGHTing with hours of shade/no light to simulate nighttime. Average HUMIDity. Deep thorough watering through then soil allowed to dry before next WATERing.

I understand the soil LOOKING wet due to your recent WATERing, @BuddingClubmoss... but I was referring to the appearance and behavior of your plantbaby itself.

Your plant looks like a gold dust croton. They do need to dry out between watering and they need sun or strong light indoors.
