Hello! In my experience bonsai are very picky. Do you have it in direct sunlight, ensure the soil is always moist and feed it once/twice a month? Also because bonsai need moisture, they are very prone to pests in the soil and sometimes root rot! I recommend you adjust its watering or sun light first. If that doesn’t help it, get it out of its pot and check its roots! I hope this helps!
I water it whenever it gets dry and yes, it was in direct sunlight, but then it started looking sick so I brought it inside and put it on the windowsill to see if it would make a difference. But I guess I was wrong 😅
